• President Lobo Welcomes Zelaya Back to Honduras

  President Porfirio Lobo Sosa held a telephone conversation with his counterpart from the Dominican Republic, Leonel Fernandez, in which they discussed the issue of the return to Honduras of former President Manuel Zelaya. Lobo Sosa reiterated that Zelaya may return at will to Honduras without fear of arrest, and even promised to personally travel to the Dominican Republic to bring Manuel Zelaya Rosales back into the country.
