I've been told that mauby can be used as a cooling for the body before a purge. Can anyone tell me how to prepare this mauby cooling, in terms of measurements?

You can purchase the mauby bark at any supermarket. As a first timer, a small pack will be suitable. Put a quart of water in a pot with the bark and boil for about half an hour to forty-five minutes. After it cools, strain and sweeten to taste. (The liquid will be bitter, so add water) Enjoy!
